Ultima Palabra Cocktail

The Ultima Palabra,  meaning "Last Word" in Spanish, is a delicious twist on the classic Last Word cocktail. It  substitutes mezcal for gin and adds pineapple juice for a smoky, sweet, and refreshing drink.

Here's what you'll need:

• 1 ounce Mezcal
• 1 ounce Green Chartreuse
• 1 ounce Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
• 1 ounce fresh lime juice
• Lime wheel for garnish

Instructions:

1. Add ice to a cocktail shaker.
2. Pour in mezcal, Green Chartreuse, maraschino liqueur, and lime juice.
3. Shake well and strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Garnish with a lime wheel.
